Anna Virginia Dirickson was born on July 21, 1929, on the Maytag Farm near Grinnell, Iowa to Ralph Allen and Fae (Dunwoody) Allen. She passed from this life on Friday, May 12, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 93 years. Anna was raised and educated in Grinnell and graduated with the Grinnell High School Class of 1946. She was married on June 24, 1950, to Kenneth Lynn Stiles and after his passing on August 19, 1976, Anna later remarried to John B. Dirickson on December 29, 1989, at Oologah Assembly of God Church. Anna spent most of her working life in the home raising her four children, but later she worked as a teller at Lakeside Bank in Oologah, an E.R. receptionist at Claremore Hospital, and a library aide with Oologah Public Schools. She was a longtime faithful member of the Oologah Assembly of God Church. In her spare time, Anna enjoyed reading and cooking, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Fae, first husband, Kenneth Stiles, brother Ray, and her granddaughter, Kaitlin.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at Oologah Assembly of God with Pastor Kent Jensen officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Oologah.
