Big Future planned for Arubah community clinic
Collinsville, OK, April 1, 2014– Arubah Community Clinic has big plans for the future. In 2013, 948 patients were seen, that’s a 55% increase from 2012! The plan is to help even more in 2014. The 2014-2017 strategic plan includes the hiring of an executive director, opening more days, and to provide more services to the community. Arubah’s plan is on track with their recent hire of Executive Director, Kara Fleege in early March.
“I love the vision and mission of Arubah Community Clinic. There’s too many in our community going without healthcare because of their financial situation. That should never be the case” Fleege said.
Arubah Community Clinic currently offers medical and dental services to uninsured and underinsured individuals in the northeast Oklahoma area. They have recently partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma to have the caring van come to the clinic twice a month from immunizations and vaccinations.
