01/03/2019 – According to a recent post to Fishbones Facebook page, it is bye-bye Fishbones and Hello District Bar and Grill. It seems the new Redbud District has resulted in the change. Their announcement reads:
The time has come to say goodbye to Fishbonz. A new year brings on new change. Fishbonz has been a staple in your community for ten plus years and it has been decided it’s time for change. The Redbud District is a blessing and we have decided to grow with downtown Owasso and help them become a destination town. Some of you have already noticed changes happening inside the establishment and you will gradually see changes to the exterior. A new sign that will match the rest of The Redbud District is on the way. This page will close soon so please follow our new page The District Bar & Grill
The District Bar & Grill touts it is “one of the many new additions to The Red Bud District here in Owasso. Formerly known as Fishbonz, The District is your number 1 neighborhood bar & grill.
