06/25/2019 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports an injury collision occurred Tuesday morning at approximately 6:54 am on 76th Street North at the intersection of 75th East Avenue, approximately .5 miles west of the city limits of Owasso, in Tulsa County.

A 2001 Dodge 1500 truck driven by Joshua Moore, 21, of Collinsville was traveling westbound and failed to yield while turning southbound onto 75th East Avenue, striking a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Cassandra Ainsworth, 48, also of Collinsville.  The accident report states Moore was uninjured. Ainsworth and her passenger Ronald Ainsworth, age 51, were both transported by Owasso medics to Hillcrest hospital in Tulsa and were reported in stable condition.
