Dewayne Hal StrattonDewayne Hal Stratton was born August 30, 1956, in Skegness, England to Hal Lund Stratton and Patricia (Warner) Stratton. He died Thursday, December 26, 2019, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 63 years. Dewayne was raised and educated in Apple Valley, California. After high school he enlisted and served his country honorably in the United States Army where he retired at the rank of Master Sargent in the summer of 2000. He then went to work in communications with Williams Companies Incorporated in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dewayne went back to school and earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in the Spring of 2013. He was a faithful member of Faith Lutheran Church in Owasso since 2000. Dewayne enjoyed a variety of past times such as traveling, fishing, attending concerts, gardening, golfing, and going to the casinos.

Gary Stratton, of San Diego, California
Paul Stratton, of Terre Haute, Indiana
He was preceded in death by his father, Hal, and brother, Mike.

 

Memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2020, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Mark Neumann officiating. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
