A banner for the new building at 1st and Main went up just before Thursday nights Gathering on Main.
The new building will actually be two separate buildings, and will give Owasso’s downtown the look and feel of something aged and beautiful.
Steve and Renee Mowery, owners of the property stated in March that they hope to have the building up within a year of when construction begins.
