At approximatly 1:15 Friday morning Owasso Fire were dispatched to a residence in the area of 200 East 11th Street.
Suzanne Long, a clerk at the Kum & Go at 86th and Main reported the fire. Se tells Owassoisms “It was the scariest thing I’ve seen here at work. I was in the parking lot and heard 4 loud pops and called 911. I really do hope everyone was out of the house but the police and fire and ambulance were on scene with in 5 mins from my call.”
The house was unoccupied, but the owner was still storing belongings in the home.
Owasso Fire said PSO was called to determine if an electrical problem sparked the fire.
