01/04/2018 – The Owasso Community Center and the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative (OHAI) Northeast Center of Healthy Aging are collaborating to provide the Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind Program.     

The Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind Program was created to help individuals understand the many ways you can maintain a healthy brain.  The workshop consists of four enriching sessions, each one hour in length.  Those who take this workshop will learn more than a dozen ways to improve their physical and mental health.      

The Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind Program will begin at the Owasso Community Center located at 301 South Cedar Street in Owasso beginning on Monday, January 22nd, 2018 at 12:00 p.m.  and will continue once a week through February 12th, 2018.  Instructors are provided by OHAI, a program of the Donald W. Reynolds Department of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Oklahoma.
