Lightning hit a house at 12:20 this afternoon at 11705 East 83rd Street North. We could see and hear the strike from the window of our office.
Owasso Fire is reporting the lightning strike hit and destroyed the main breaker box of the home. There was smoke from an outlet when Owasso Fire arrived but no flames.
PSO was called to turn off the electric to the home.
