Marie Trundle was born August 17, 1938, in Eucha, Oklahoma, to Clarence Henry and Vina (Finnell) McClain. She died Thursday, December 31, 2016, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 77 years. Marie was reared and educated in Ketchum, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Ketchum High School Class of 1956. She continued her education attending Draughon Business School. She was married April 12, 1958, in Miami, Oklahoma, to Earl Trundle. Marie had worked outside the home in her early life, but was primarily a homemaker. She was a longtime faithful member of First Baptist Church in Owasso and was very active with her Sunday School Class. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes which included an expansive doll collection. She also enjoyed sewing and sewed many items for most of her family. Marie loved to go shopping at garage sales which was one of her favorite things to do.

Janet McClain, of Ketchum, Oklahoma
Carol Hitchcock, of Spavinaw, Oklahoma
And a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Mary Ann McClain.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 4, 2016, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral will be held 10:00 Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at First Baptist Church in Owasso with Pastor Chris Wall and Pastor Skip McClain officiating. Final resting place will be at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Owasso. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
