Nell D. Corn Stickles was born December 29, 1926 in Ballard, Oklahoma to Oceola Morris and Dora (Oxford) Morris. She passed from this life on Sunday, January 5, 2020 in Claremore, Oklahoma, at the age of 93. Nell spent most of her working life in the home raising her children. She was married on June 18, 1984 in Miami, Oklahoma to Jay Monroe Stickles. Nell loved serving others and volunteered at the Collinsville Nursing Home for 18 years. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes such reading, gardening, crocheting, and she was an avid Hallmark movie watcher.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oceola and Dora, first husband, Carl, late husband, Jay, 7 brothers, Thomas, Curtis, Arnold, Babe, Mitchell, Benton, and Lawrence, and 2 sisters, Beulah and Sadie.
Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at the Mowery Funeral Service chapel with Pastor Bill Brown officiating.
