12/10/2018 – Owasso 6th graders collected a total of 6,081 hygiene items during their “Bare Necessities” collection drive last week. The 6th Grade Student Council worked hard to make sure the drive was a success, and what a success it was! Items collected were donated to Owasso Community Resources for those in need.
Students brought in items including personal hygiene items, diapers, toilet paper, paper towels and much more.
OCR Reports that the hygiene items donated are valued at more than $10,337 and will go a long way to help those in the community that are in need.
