06/01/2017 – Five times since March, bathrooms at Owasso’s Elm Creek Park have been vandalized.
City of Owasso workers tell us they respond to find vulgar pictures and words smeared across bathroom walls and mirrors.
The city asks that people please be observant and call the police if they suspect anybody of vandalism.
This is not how they hope to spend taxpayer dollars.
