10/26/2017 – An Owasso man turned himself in to Tulsa County Sheriffs Thursday morning after charges were filed Monday for Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography.
James Lee Vaughn, 71, was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on “Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography.”
Court records show his bond amount was set at $20,000.00
