Former Owasso city manager Rodney Ray was issued a April 21 trial date after Judge William Musseman accepted a not guilty plea on his behalf at his district court arraignment Tuesday.
Ray is accused of writing a bad check for $3,082.89, a felony, to a hearing aid company three years ago and then lying to police, a misdemeanor in 2012 that the check was stolen.
