01/21/2021 – Operation Warm provides warmth, confidence, and hope to children in need through the gift of brand-new winter coats.
Partnering with Operation Warm this year was Owasso’s own, and Philadelphia 76ers superstar Shake Milton. Shake provided the funds to help 102 local children receive new coats this winter through Owasso Community Resources. OCR began passing out the coats last week to children in need.
Over the last 20 years, Operation Warm and its partners have used the coat as a bridge for families in need to access everything from flu shots to new books.
