Owasso City Council voted 5-0 today to negotiate a contract with Warren Lehr to be the new Owasso City Manager. Warren has been serving as the interim City Manager for the past six months.
Lehr said “I’m extremely pleased and honored by the Council’s confidence and support. I’m looking forward to conitnuing our efforst in providing quality services to our citizens.”
