02/04/2018 – Owasso Fire was called the the Villa’s at Bailey Ranch Apartment complex Saturday for the report of a grass fire between two buildings. The Villa’s are located at 8787 North 97th East Avenue in Owasso.
Residents were already fighting the flames when crews arrived, and the fire was quickly put under control .
